These Terms of Service govern your use of the TapNstitch website and services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TapNstitch website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

TapNstitch provides custom tailoring (stitching) and garment alteration services with doorstep pickup and delivery.
Services are subject to availability in your area. Serviceability is determined by your delivery pincode.
Product images, descriptions, and pricing on our website are for reference. Actual results may vary based on fabric, design complexity, and measurements.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, fabric issues, or serviceability constraints.

You must create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for the service plus any applicable taxes.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is due at the time of order placement. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

For new stitching orders, you are responsible for providing the fabric. TapNstitch is not responsible for sourcing fabric.
TapNstitch takes reasonable care in handling your fabric. However, we are not liable for pre-existing defects in the fabric.
In case of fabric damage caused by our negligence, liability is limited to the cost of the fabric as mutually assessed.
Unused or excess fabric will be returned with your completed garment.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to design complexity, fabric issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
We will communicate any significant delays and provide updated timelines.
TapNstitch is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or force majeure events.

Our 100% Fit Guarantee covers fitting issues on tailored garments. Re-alteration requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The guarantee does not cover design changes, fabric defects, or damage due to improper use or washing.
Re-alterations are limited to one round per order under the guarantee.
If the issue cannot be resolved through re-alteration, we will work with you on a suitable resolution.

All content on the TapNstitch website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of TapNstitch.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
Custom designs created during the tailoring process are joint work. You are free to wear and reproduce the garment for personal use.

TapNstitch liability is limited to the order value of the service in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for garment care after delivery. Follow care instructions provided with your garment.

In case of disputes, we encourage you to contact our support team first for amicable resolution.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
